Our DESIGN 360 concept has 4 steps : THINK (audit, survey), CREATE (design, architecture, space-planning), DELIVER (site construction & management, furniture), SUPPORT (implementing and follow up). We are attached to carrying-out our customer's project weather in Paris or London, on time and within budgets. So each project has a project manager appointed that will be the customer's contact to prepare, design, construct and deliver the new office spaces.

Shell and Core A Shell and Core refers to the basic internal framework of a building that has been completed. While the exterior of the building may appear finished, the interior is essentially an empty shell. If a developer hands over a project in this state, there will typically be no polished finishes—expect exposed ceilings and concrete floors. Some shared areas, like the building’s reception, lifts, and communal toilets, may be completed, but it's important to confirm this with your developer. Health and Safety Before any work begins, health and safety considerations must be addressed. This includes assessing the building for compliance with all necessary regulations and ensuring a safe environment throughout the process. Cat A Fit-Out A Cat A fit-out provides a basic, functional level of finish to the space. This typically includes raised floors, suspended ceilings, internal surfaces, and essential mechanical and electrical services. While the space will be ready for occupancy, the finishes will be basic and industrial in style. Common inclusions in a Cat A fit-out are: Raised floors Suspended ceilings Basic mechanical and electrical services Fire detection and smoke alarms Air conditioning and ventilation Basic internal finishes Cat B Fit-Out A Cat B fit-out is what transforms a building into a finished, move-in ready workspace. This phase involves creating private offices, meeting rooms, and collaborative areas with partitions, choosing flooring, wall finishes, and furniture that reflect your company’s brand. Additionally, a Cat B fit-out will include the installation of IT infrastructure to ensure connectivity and technological functionality, making the space ready for your team. Refurbishment vs. Cat B Fit-Out While the terms refurbishment and Cat B fit-out are often used interchangeably, there is a subtle difference. A Cat B fit-out typically applies to a new space and involves transforming a Shell and Core or Cat A space into a fully functional office. A refurbishment, on the other hand, refers to renovating an existing office space, which may include stripping out a previous Cat B fit-out and replacing it with a new design to meet current needs.
